The Dupuy Group has been in the green coffee business since 1936 with one of the first coffee warehouses along the Mississippi River in New Orleans. Since those days, we have grown exponentially and now operate two of only four green coffee specialty silos in the United States servicing the ports of New Orleans and Jacksonville, servicing green coffee for some of the industry’s largest coffee roasters.
Blending Approach
The Dupuy Blending Line is designed to be fast, yet flexible, and accommodates both recurring orders as well as component substitutions or small Specialty orders, with an easy turnover from caffeinated and decaffeinated coffee. For our Specialty Coffee customers, the line can be easily certified for UTZ, Rainforest Alliance, and Organic when necessary.

Our state-of-the-art equipment is able to add coffee from burlap or supersacks and only coffee needed to run each Purchase Order is added per run.

Cleaning
The Dupuy Group’s blending and upgrading line features a High Capacity Cimbria Hied Cleaner, with certified weights on all triage. Additionally, our equipment has a Burlap String Catcher, with self-cleaning rare earth magnets at input and output to make certain our customers’ product reaches the highest level of quality.
Mixer and Redundant Scaling
The Dupuy Group’s equipment showcases the most technologically advanced Mixing and Redundant Scaling equipment:
- Stainless steel ribbon mixer
- Triple redundant batch to batch weighing system
- Batch to bag dosing allows for full traceability per bag
Coffee Output
- Coffee can be bagged off into burlap or supersacks
- All bagging stations are certified legal for trade scales
- Automated dosing and conveying systems
- All residual coffee is bagged of at the end of an order and the entire system is cleared
