Hans Luetkemeier, President

Hans joined Dupuy in April of 2024.  He previously served as the Director of Transportation for Cargill North America and the General Manager of NOVA International Shipping Services, a Cargill business unit which manages port calls for its ocean fleet of over 750 time-chartered vessels. Prior to his work at Cargill, Hans spent fifteen years at Kinder Morgan Terminals in various roles, with his most recent one as Vice President of dry cargo for the U.S. and Canada. 

A native of New Orleans and graduate of Tulane University, Hans has also served on the Board of Directors of the New Orleans Board of Trade (including two terms as President) as well as the Mississippi Valley Trade and Transport Council.

John Butz, Vice President of Operations

John has 36 Years of experience in 3PL, Logistics, Warehousing, Transportation, Manufacturing, Leadership Development & Coaching. He is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt through Penske/GE Capital and Certified Supply Chain Specialist through Deutsche Post/DHL Group.  John’s past work history includes Regional Distribution Manger with Whirlpool Home Appliances, Regional SE Operations Manager with Amare Logistics and SE Distribution Center Manager with Samsung Electronics Americas.  John joined Dupuy in 2018 as a Logistics Manager and has moved up the ranks throughout the years and held many titles such as Director of Customer Service, Director of Supply Chain & Logistics, Director and now VP of Operations.  John is a long-time member and former board member with First Coast Manufacturers Association (FCMA), CSCMP, Jax Port Propeller and Jacksonville Transportation Club.

Joe Boisvert, Senior Director of Commercial

Joe comes to The Dupuy Group with Over 20 years of logistics experience in management, sales and operations. He has a proven track record of meeting assigned targets for profitability through the configuration of KPIs and effective P&L management. Known for expanding relationships with strategically important accounts and building long term partnerships, Joe is solutions oriented and results driven. With a focus on collaborating across functions, Joe has a knack for leveraging internal and external resources and implementing changes that lead to operational efficiency and continuous improvement. He leads by example with an open approach to communication and a reputation for identifying and developing talent.

Kyle Dickerson, Vice President of Finance

Kyle is a seasoned financial professional with a strong background in accounting and finance. Originally from Texas, he earned both his undergraduate degrees in accounting and finance from Abilene Christian University, where he also obtained a Master of Accountancy. Kyle began his career with The Dupuy Group in 2016 as a financial accountant, quickly demonstrating his expertise in financial management and operational strategy. Over the years, he has taken on increasing levels of responsibility, progressing through different roles before assuming his current position as Vice President. In his leadership role, Kyle oversees key financial operations, strategic planning, and business development initiatives, ensuring the company’s continued growth and financial stability. His commitment to excellence, combined with his analytical skills and deep industry knowledge, has been instrumental in driving organizational success. Outside of his professional responsibilities, Kyle is dedicated to continuous learning and leadership development, staying at the forefront of industry trends and best practices.

Allison McGuess, Manager, Human Resources

Allison McGuess has over 15 years of experience in strategic HR leadership, employee development, and organizational culture. In her role as Human Resources Manager at Dupuy Group, Allison oversees a diverse range of functions including recruitment, onboarding, compensation and benefits, employee relations, policy development, organizational development and compliance. With a solid academic foundation in Human Resources Management from Lamar University and actively involved in the NOLA SHRM chapter. As a collaborative leader, she is skilled in building and nurturing relationships across all levels of the organization. Allison is excited to continue to explore innovative approaches that empower employees and create a thriving culture.
